Terms and Conditions

Please do not be late to your picnic. Our picnics are time and daylight sensitive, and we will not be able to extend your time. We can give you a ten-minute grace period. If you arrive later then the ten-minute grace period, could result in loss of reservation. Please do not sit, stand on, or move our picnic tables. You are responsible for our items during your allotted time. Please treat our equipment with love and care. Each pillow, blanket, and dishes are sanitized, cleaned, and packaged accordingly before transport, and then wiped down again during set up.

You are responsible for any breaks, stains, or spills to our equipment and may charged upwards of $50-$150 cleaning/breakage fee.

Please do not leave your picnic unattended for more than a few minutes. If you choose to leave early, please text us.

If you are injured at the picnic, Beachside Blankets is not liable for your injury. Releasor agrees not to bring or assert any lawsuit, arbitration, proceeding or other causes of action against the indemnified parties for any reason whatsoever regarding the event of any activity related to the event (either the releasor’s won or the activity of any other releasor or third party). To ensure everyone’s safety, if wind speeds exceed 10 mph that will result in us not setting up an umbrella.

Beachside Blankets will not set up at an area that does not provide parking or a boardwalk. If the board walk involves stairs, we will not set-up there as well. If we show up to a location that does not have parking in close proximity to the boardwalk, no boardwalk or a boardwalk with stairs, may result in an extra fee that must be paid before we set up or loss of service.

WEATHER:

Unfortunately, we understand that The Gulf can have difficult weather events and sometimes we don’t see them coming. If the weather prevents the picnic, we offer to reschedule at no cost to you. If cancelled after the 72-hour window without rescheduling, a refund will not be issued due to labor and cost of prepared goods prior to the event.

A precipitation chance of 40% or less will not receive a refund, unless it is clearly affecting the environment closer to the event time.

NORMAL CANCELLATION:

If you cancel prior to the 72-hour window and dinner or dessert was selected, you will be refunded only a partial amount due to labor and cost of prepared goods.

Payment:

You must pay for your picnic 72 hours prior to the event. Fail to do so may result in lost of reservation.

A $50 non-refundable fee is required immediately after booking.
