Cancelation Policy

WEATHER:

Unfortunately, we understand that The Gulf can have difficult weather events and sometimes we don’t see them coming. If the weather prevents the picnic, we offer to reschedule at no cost to you. If cancelled after the 24 hour window without rescheduling, a refund will not be issued due to labor and cost of prepared goods prior to the event.

A precipitation chance of 40% or less will not receive a refund, unless it is clearly affecting the environment closer to the event time.

NORMAL CANCELLATION:

If you cancel prior to the 24 hour window and dinner or dessert was selected, you will be refunded only a partial amount due to labor and cost of prepared goods. One day prior to the 24 hour mark.
